Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is for our UAE process based out of India and requires a passionate sales professional who can generate leads, drive customer engagement, and close deals while working with a team that thrives on innovation.
As an ISR, you will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and managing client relationships to help businesses adopt IT solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirement
- 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales (IT industry preferred).
- Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Must be available for a three-week orientation training in Bengaluru.
- B2B sales experience with strong knowledge of IT products/services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or sales automation platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Map accounts, identify decision-makers, and create opportunities.
- Conduct targeted email campaigns to engage key decision-makers.
- Align with marketing, customer support, and leadership teams to drive sales growth.
- Educate potential clients on Brilyant’s IT solutions and tailor solutions based on client needs.
